We are a family Czech restaurant focusing on traditional Czech cuisine characterized by a long preparation time.
Czech cuisine is also about frying, which is why you can also find aged cheeses or schnitzels fried in various breadcrumbs.
But for some people Czech cuisine is too heavy and dense, or they simply prefer international cuisine.
We also do various steaks and vegetarian dishes or salads.
Czech gastronomy undoubtedly also includes quality Czech beer, which we tap from Gothic cellars, where the optimum temperature is maintained.
We will gladly welcome you in our restaurant, which is located in the Gothic cellar after descending a few steps or in our garden located in front of the restaurant at the Ovocný trh square, where you can relax in a quiet part of the Old Town just a few steps from the Royal Route (Celetná Street) and the Old Town Square.

Lounge and outside garden
(capacity of 25 people)
Except in the winter months, it is also possible to sit in our outside garden, which offers a quiet place to sit and is just a few steps from the Old Town Square and Celetná Steet.
The entrance is situated from Ovocný trh 17 through which you enter the original Gothic premises of the restaurant, where we offer Czech domestic cuisine as well as international cuisine.
From our kitchen
At random- Svíčková roast beef on cream made from fresh root vegetables, then a pork tenderloin with bacon chips on creamy potatoes with leeks and finally from homemade desserts- Apple strudel with roasted walnuts on honey and vanilla ice cream.
